Special Numbering Expertise 

Numbering options are virtually limitless.  Our production systems support both MICR and Arabic numbering with the greatest flexibility in practically any location on the document.  Numbering capabilities which increase the effectiveness of batch control include:

STRAIGHT SEQUENTIAL - Numbering begins with a specified start number and progresses with the quantity.

BOOK & PAGE - A numbering range is specified with a page number, i.e. 0001 - 9999 book & page 50. The numbering will begin as 0001 001 and progress through the set ending with 9999 050. This prints in both the MICR and arabic positions.

HOLD & REPEAT - A numbering range is specified, i.e. 7000-7499 hold and repeat 10. Will start at 7000 and print the number 7000, 10 times before incrementing to 7001.

HOLD & PAGE - A numbering range is specified with a page number, i.e. 0001 - 9999 hold & page 50. The numbering will begin as 0001 001 in the MICR line and progress through the set ending with 9999 050. Only the first 4 digits will print in the arabic position.

REPEAT NUMBERING - A number range is specified, i.e. 0001 - 9999 and repeat. Progresses through range and then continues to repeat the same range until the document order quantity is achieved.
